Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Oaken Ward ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Inspirify Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

  • Free tier: You may use the Software in monitor mode at no charge.
  • Pro tier: A valid annual subscription is required for Pro features. You authorize recurring payments via Paddle until cancelled.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software (except as permitted by applicable law)
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or trademarks
  • Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or transfer the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software for commercial reselling or as part of a product offered to third parties
  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation

AI Endpoint Database

The Software includes a curated database of known AI service endpoints. This database is updated periodically from our servers. You may not extract, scrape, or redistribute this database independently of the Software.

Updates

The Software uses Sparkle for auto-updates. Updates may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to earlier versions.

Privacy

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software operates entirely on-device. We do not collect your personal data, network traffic, or usage analytics.

Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and services, is owned by Inspirify Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Oaken Ward, the Oaken Ward logo, and related marks are trademarks of Inspirify Limited.

Payment & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After 14 days, no refunds are offered. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms our rights. Upon termination, your license and right to use the Software terminates immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspirify Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
